Step 01

Unpack the Dough

Take the dough out of the package and place it in an airtight container. This keeps it fresh and gives it room to breathe.

Pro tip: A lightly oiled container prevents sticking.

Step 02

Let It Rise

Place the airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days for the best flavor. Short on time? Leave it on the counter for 4–8 hours for same-day use.

Pro tip: The longer the cold rise, the more complex the flavor.

Step 03

Bring to Room Temp

If you refrigerated the dough, pull it out and leave the airtight container on the counter for 2–4 hours (or longer) to bring it to room temperature.

Pro tip: Room temp dough stretches easier and won't spring back.

Step 04

Stretch & Shape

Stretch the dough on a well-floured surface, then transfer it to a baking sheet or cast iron pan. Don't roll it — use your hands to keep those air bubbles.

Pro tip: Work from the center outward, letting gravity help.

Step 05

Top & Bake

Add your favorite toppings and bake at 450°–500°F for 14–16 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Pro tip: Preheat your pan or stone for an extra crispy bottom.
